Colby is the oldest of the four boys and he is the projects manager for our homes.  He is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, tradesmen, permits and inspections.  He also assists both his parents in specific roles of design and the overall Live Salt + Stone business.  He helps his father with marketing to find new homes and he assists his mother with design preparation.  After several years of part-time jobs such as Starbucks, Colby showed up one day to help his father with DEMOLITION on his first flip house and never looked back after that first day.  Colby has found his passion and he is so excited to learn every aspect of the real estate business so he can one day follow his own dream of investing in real estate.

Outside of work, We can put that he enjoys hanging out and spending time with this family! Living in downtown Sacramento, Colby loves the culture and energy of the city life.  Colby also enjoys spending time with his family and he is an avid car enthusiast that loves driving the incredible roads of Northern California.
